REDDITCH people will get their first look at a £10 million housing development in Hewell Road this weekend.
Award-winning housebuilder KingsOak South Midlands will be opening up it's new show apartment at Windsor Court on Saturday and Sunday.
The unveiling of the Birchley showpiece will give potential homeowners a taste of what living in the new development will be like.
Sales director for KingsOak South Midlands, Alison Tindle, said: "We are inviting homehunters to attend our launch event from 11am-6pm."
She added: "Design flair has become a vital requirement of the housebuilding process and showcasing the finished product in an innovative way is crucial, so we have come up with a fantastic interior design scheme for the show apartment that will hopefully inspire everyone who comes to see it.
"We're confident its unique design will kickstart people's imaginations so they're are able to recreate elements of it at home."
The homes are sold with fully equipped kitchens, fitted bathrooms and allocated parking. The apartments also have a secure entry system.
The development will consist of 96 homes - 56 one and two bedroom apartments, 13 two and three bedroom houses and 30 properties allocated to the housing association.
