A SECOND man charged with a murder in Stourport has appeared before a judge at Worcester Crown Court.
Derek Jones is accused of killing 46-year-old Philip Green, who was found dead with head injuries near the Bird in Hand pub on June 16.
Jones, 45, of Minster Road, Stourport, was remanded in custody by Judge Alistair McCreath.
Jones and a co-defendant, Stuart Heath, 31, of Bridge Street, Stourport, will both be back in court on October 3 to enter their pleas.
