THESE gorgeous girls are still in the running to be crowned Miss Worcester 2010.

The top 10 were voted into the final by Worcester News readers who helped raise £300 for the Worcestershire Breast Unit Campaign by their texts and calls.

The finalists will now take part in a family fun day at Worcester Racecourse on Sunday, May 9, when the winner of the coveted crown will be announced. They will then go on to represent the city at Miss England.

During the final of Miss Worcester 2010, sponsored by Sin and Bushwackers, all of the girls will be interviewed while a panel of seven judges, including current Miss Worcester Leanne Groutage and Miss England Katrina Hodge, scrutinise their poise and performance.

As well as the racing, families will be able to enjoy a fair, face-painting and even a small zoo. People will also be able to donate unwanted bras on the day in aid of the Worcestershire Breast Unit Campaign.

All unwanted bras, which can be placed in bins provided, will go towards the 2nd Skin Lingere’s world record attempt of having 200,000 bras in a chain at Worcester racecourse later in the year. Your Worcester News has adopted the Worcestershire Breast Unit Campaign, which has now raised more than £300,000 towards the £2.5 million target to build a new breast care unit at 220 Newtown Road on the site of the Worcestershire Royal Hospital in Worcester.
