BUDDING musicians across Worcestershire have the chance this summer to make music by performing alongside professional players.
The ESO Summer School Beginners and Intermediate Orchestra courses take place at Number 8 in Pershore this August – and children can play alongside an established orchestra whatever their grade or instrument.
Courses for beginners – grades one to three run on Monday, August 9, and Tuesday, August 10, and for intermediate (grades four to seven) on Monday, August 16, and Tuesday, August 17.
Those interested have until Friday to register.
The courses will introduce a variety of new music for the students to perform and enjoy as well as learning interactive skills that cannot be achieved by home practice alone. The ESO summer school costs £60 per two day course, with limited bursary places available.
