Cher Lloyd is through to the third week of the live X Factor finals after a unique version of a classic song.
Last night on the ITV show the 17-year-old from Malvern Link performed a unique version of rapper Jay-Z’s Hard Knock Life, which in turn originated from the musical Annie.
In front of judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole – and an audience of millions – the teenager brought her own personality to the song and tonight won her way through to the next stage thanks to the public vote.
