YOUR Worcester News has teamed up with tyre manufacturer Goodyear to offer 15 lucky readers a sledge to enjoy the festive weather.

Goodyear believes that safety on the roads is a shared responsibility.

By combining the appropriate driving style, correct preparations and the right choice in tyres, it aims to ensure motorists are ready for the coming winter months.

As soon as the temperature drops to seven degrees Celsius or below, Goodyear recommends drivers not only change to cold weather tyres, but also equip their car with some special winter items that make driving more pleasant and safer.

The switch to Goodyear’s award-winning UltraGrip 7+ cold weather tyres gives you the confidence to drive in difficult weather conditions, says the company.

A Goodyear spokesman said: “Delivering proven technology from a brand that you can trust, the tyres improve your vehicle’s grip and can significantly reduce stopping distances.

“Safety should be a top priority for every motorist this winter, but equally it’s about having fun with your family and friends.”

To celebrate the recent snow falls, your Worcester News and Goodyear have 15 snow sledges to give away.
