CHRISTMAS shoppers were “mesmerised” by the latest performance in a collection of street entertainment in Worcester city centre.
Winter Rose, an unusual puppeteering show, stunned the busy bargain-hunters in CrownGate Shopping Centre on Thursday night as part of Worcester BID’s campaign to make shopping in Worcester a more satisfying experience.
The unorthodox puppet show involved what looked like a real person holding a bunch of flowers, when in fact the bizarre looking woman was the puppet.
The puppeteer remained out of sight covered by a costume, while Winter Rose interacted with shoppers who weren’t quite sure what to make of it.
