CROWLE Searchers under 13s were beaten 5-2 at Sheppey in the Evesham Ambassador League.
Sheppey established a 2-0 lead, before Morris fired agonisingly wide for the visitors.
Then Crowle paid the price for failing to clear the ball as Brothwood made it 3-0.
As the first-half drew to a close, Brothwood was put through and he took the ball around the keeper for the fourth.
Crowle hit back with two goals, including one from debutant Jones, but Sheppey added a fifth on the break.
