CHILDREN at the Grove Primary School in Malvern have taken part in a national record attempt.
The sing-and-sign event was organised by the charity I Can, which helps children with hearing problems.
The aim was to get as many children as possible from schools all over the country singing and signing in a bid to break a world record.
Some 220 children, from the reception class up to year six, took part and a register of all who took part was sent off for the record certification.
Singer Helen Llewellin said: “It’s been a positive experience and all the children at the school have been really enthusiastic about it.
“They also had a cake sale and raised more than £70 for the charity.”
