PUPILS of a Droitwich primary school have celebrated the start of the Chinese New Year.
Children at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, in Ombersley Way, gathered to mark the occasion and to learn about Chinese customs.
The youngsters dressed up, played music and made masks as part of the day. The celebrations marked the end of the year of the tiger as the year of the rabbit was welcomed in across the globe. Pictured are pupils Phoebe Davies, aged five, Kamil Pioro, five, and Scarlett Howarth, five.
