FAMILIES with a passion for food had fantastic fun at an historic property in Worcestershire.
During half-term, visitors flocked to Hanbury Hall, near Droitwich, for Family Activity Days.
Activities included a fruit and vegetable Food Glorious Food trail where children had to identify different types of fruit and veg in feely bags or by solving puzzles.
They also had make and take activities, where children could make their own scarecrows.
Emily Knight, visitor services and learning assistant, said: “We’ve had a really good response. These days are very popular, a lot a families come each week.”
The first 10 families each day were able to pick up a tracker pack, which included a host of games and activities and explore the gardens, following in the footsteps of George Vernon, who grew up in the house.
