A MALVERN woman has raised about £1,800 for charity after completing a skydive in memory of her cousin.
Vikki Emery, aged 22, is raising money for the Micro and Anophthalmic Children’s Society (MACS) in memory of Naomi King who died five years ago, aged nine.
She was deaf and blind and had profound learning difficulties. She died on March 31, 2006, after contracting an infection.
Miss Emery, a former Dyson Perrins pupil, said: “MACS were a great help to Naomi and her family throughout her life and I would like to make sure that other children like Naomi get that support.”
Miss Emery completed the jump in Swindon on May 13.
