THIS is the aftermath of a crash involving a police car.
West Mercia Police has launched an internal investigation after one of its response cars was involved in a crash with a silver Vauxhall Corsa, which left a shop front smashed up and a motorbike written off.
The accident happened outside Vision & Audio Services in Sutton Road, Kidderminster at about 2.20pm on Friday, June 24, leaving the shop front badly damaged and the front window shattered.
Residents in the terraced houses next door opened their front doors bemused to see a damaged police car parked in their yards.
Neither of the two police officers in the car, nor a man and two female passengers in the Corsa were hurt.
A police spokesman said: “The investigation into the circumstances is ongoing.”
