A CAMP fire is believed to have been the cause of a small riverbank blaze today.
Firefighters were called to a wooded area near a footpath behind the household waste site in Hallow Road just before 8.40am.
The flames were spotted from the other side of the river by a member of the public who raised the alarm.
An area of 30-40sq m was affected.
