SUDDEN DEATH: Former councillor David Candler
A FORMER Worcester city councillor has died to the shock of family and friends.
David Candler passed away suddenly yesterday afternoon.
The 71-year-old had represented Labour in the St John’s ward of the city since 2003 but stood down at this year’s local elections.
