A POPULAR young musician who died when her car hit a tree may have swerved to avoid something in the road.
Justine Miskimmin, aged 22, died from shock and haemorrhage due to multiple injuries after hitting a tree on the A44 near Egdon on October 30.
Today, at an inquest into her death, deputy coroner Marguerite Elcock read out a statement which said Miss Miskimmin, of Wyld’s Lane, Worcester, “significantly steered to the near side", possibly to avoid an animal in the road.
A verdict of accidental death was recorded.
