PATIENTS at a doctors’ surgery in Pershore got more than they bargained for when they turned up for their appointments.
One of the occupants of a silver people carrier needed to be checked over by ambulance staff when their car was accidentally driven into the front doors of Abbottswood Medical Centre, damaging the building.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the Defford Road surgery at about 3.10pm on Monday to see one patient.
A paramedic in a rapid response vehicle, a paramedic area support officer in another response vehicle and an ambulance attended, but the person was unhurt after the accidental collision.
