A Pershore care home held a fete to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Heathlands Care Home on Station Road invited people from the town to join them for fun and games.
Staff from the home were in the stocks and there was a barbecue, ice cream van, stalls, a raffle and a guess the clown competition.
One of the home’s care assistants, Jay Paciente, received a makeover, braving the shears for a sponsored head shave. Care assistant Kerrie Haines organised the event, which will raise funds for Cancer Research UK, after her father Derek Hope was diagnosed with throat cancer.
She said: “I wanted to raise money for a charity close to our hearts and thought what better way to do it than to hold it at the home.”
