THE weekend's races at Pitchcroft are still running despite the wet weather, say course bosses.
Tomorrow is Ladies Day at the city centre race course, while on Sunday it is the Countryside Family Day.
Racecourse staff have been fielding anxious calls from people today asking whether the bad weather has led to any events being cancelled.
But the ground is good and the river Severn has no flood alert in place, with a full card of National Hunt racing set for both days.
"At the moment we are inundated with calls from people asking if it is still on this weekend, and the answer to that is yes!
"Better weather is forecast and there is no problem with the track or the river."
Official going is "good-to-soft, and good in places" she added.
