TWO drivers who crashed in Droitwich leaving one in a critical condition were both working for the same company.
The accident between a lorry and Citroen C3, which left the driver of the car with serious leg injuries, happened at about 6.45am on Friday, June 15, outside the Copcut Elm pub on the Worcester Road.
Both drivers were agency staff supplied to delivery company Yodel.
A spokesperson for the company said: “We are assisting the police with their enquiries.
“Both drivers involved in the collision were agency staff supplied to Yodel.
"Yodel takes the safety of all workers and members of the public very seriously and we are in close liaison with all parties as we carry out our own investigation.”
The accident will not be investigated by the Health and Safety Executive as it took place on a public road.
