HEREFORD and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are currently dealing with at least 18 incidents, caused by a torrential rain storm.
With thunder clouds and lightning crawling across the two counties, the fire brigade has taken a raft of flood-related calls.
"There are 18 incidents, and counting, all in Herefordshire," said a fire service spokeswoman.
The brigade's out-board motorboat has been sent to assist a car stuck in floodwater at Llanwarn on the Hereford to Monmouth Road, Herefordshire.
