The fair takes place at 9 Friary Walk, Crowngate Shopping Centre. Jobseekers are advised to bring an up-to-date CV.

Recruit Regional is an employment and training initiative set up by The Crown Estate in partnership with Heart of Worcestershire College. It is a free, professional recruitment service for local people, helping them to secure jobs with retailers within Crowngate Shopping Centre and other local businesses.

Workplace Coordinator for Recruit Crowngate, Francesca Gibbs said: “Many Crowngate retailers are successfully using this initiative as a means of sourcing talented staff locally, something that they need even more of over the busy festive season."

Crowngate Centre Manager, Erica Burlace said: “We really enjoy working closely with local businesses as well as our own centre retailers to help them recruit new staff. Recruit Crowngate also plays a really important role in preparing people their new role. Worcester city centre is a great place to work, and this is the perfect opportunity for people to land a great job locally in time for Christmas.”
