A WAREHOUSE built by Worcestershire construction firm Weaver for Stoford Developments has been pre-let to food logistics specialist Atchison Topeka.
The build, which is Weaver's fourth for Stoford, is a £3.7 million 12,600 sq m warehouse and distribution centre at Stonebridge Cross, Droitwich - the 80-acre business park developed by Stoford for Axa Sun Life.
Along with the warehouse there is a large docking area, office accommodation and car parking.
Mark Weaver, marketing director at Bromsgrove-based Weaver, said: "It is great to be working with the Stoford team again, which has built a well-deserved reputation for high quality sites and efficiency."
