TEN staff members from two voluntary sector organisations, which support other charities and volunteering organisations, have benefited from Worcestershire Local Enterprise Funding.
Worcester Volunteer Centre and Council for Voluntary Service and Droitwich Council for Voluntary Service worked with Business Development Midlands Limited, a specialist training provider under contract to Stoke College, on a leadership training programme to support their staff’s future work.
The leadership training included modules on enterprise awareness, business improvement techniques, understanding change in the workplace and managing workplace projects. The course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Worcestershire LEP receives money from the European Social Fund to support small businesses in developing their leadership skills.
