WORCESTER law firm Scaiff Solicitors has been awarded the Law Society’s international practice management standard Lexcel for the fifth year running in recognition of its client care and best practice.
Lexcel is the Law Society's legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and client care and has been held by the Foregate Street firm since 2011.
Elizabeth Rimell, partner, said: "I am delighted that once again we have passed our annual Lexcel inspection. This is great news for clients who can use our services with confidence knowing that only one in five solicitors in England and Wales reach the required levels of excellence to receive the accreditation."
The scheme requires firms to undergo annual independent assessment in areas such as customer service, business management and risk management, to maintain the Lexcel status.
