A WORCESTERSHIRE firm recently received an accolade at the Conference and Incentive Travel (C&IT) awards.
Events and communications company Drp, which has its facilities at Hartlebury, has won a gold for their event with Triumph.
Award winners were announced at a ceremony held at the prestigious Hilton in Park Lane that attracted more than 500 industry professionals.
The event that was recognised was the global launch of Triumph’s new Bonneville Bobber motorcycle.
It included a live demonstration of the new model with an indoor Bobber drag race, as well as a live headline set by NME award-winners, The Vaccines and DJ Harriet Rose
Drp’s chief executive, Dale Parmenter, said: “The Triumph Bonneville Bobber launch was an extremely exciting event for Drp with many eclectic elements from music to motorbikes, racing and striking staging, for the artists and the main attraction – the bike itself.
"The Drp team worked tremendously hard and we are overjoyed to have been recognised by C&IT.”
The award win is the latest good news for the firm which this year has seen its team grow, and hosted an episode Channel's The Gadget Show.
