WORCESTER solicitors SME has announced the promotion of deputy diocesan registrar and commercial property lawyer Jack Smith to the role of associate.

Mr Smith has been promoted at the city centre firm in Sansome Walk, and working as a solicitor within SME’s ecclesiastical department he advises on a wide variety of property and other day-to-day matters affecting the diocese of Worcester, the Dean and Chapter at Worcester Cathedral and faculties relating to changes affecting church premises.

As a solicitor dealing with commercial property matters Mr Smith advises on an extensive range of legal issues relating to business premises, freehold and leasehold property, planning and development.
