THE sales team at a Cotswolds firm is growing with the appointment of two new faces.

Stow Brio Retirement Living has appointed Forrest Robertson, 72, a former architect with 40 years’ experience and Sue Reeves, 62, an experienced sales executive, who has worked in property in Hampshire and Dorset before relocating to Gloucestershire.

Ground clearing work has started on the site in Stow with phase one due for completion in summer 2019 and phase two on course to be finished in summer 2020.

Mr Robertson said: “As a more mature employee, I have the same mindset as our potential customers.

"I also live in a retirement village, so I can talk buyers through the process, what’s on offer and the benefits."

Karl Hallows, director of development and sales at Brio Retirement Living, said: "The expansion of the sales team reflects the level of interest we’ve experienced so far in Stow. We’ve had great local interest along with potential buyers from as far away as Winchester coming into the office and they range in age from people in their 50s - 80s.

"Having a presence on the high street in Stow is great as so many people are popping in for a coffee to discuss the concept of retirement village living.”
