A COMPANY that provides synthetic sports pitches for Premiership football clubs has moved its head office and warehouse into Redditch, in a property deal sealed by chartered surveyors John Truslove.

Bradleys Surfacing Systems Ltd, originally based in nearby Rowney Green, has moved to the 1,648sq ft premises at 81 Heming Road in Washford so it can build better office and storage facilities as it expands its business nationwide.

The company, which employs six staff, supplies and installs everything from tennis court surfaces in private gardens to synthetic training pitches for professional football clubs, with a portfolio including projects at Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Bournemouth FCs.

Ben Truslove, a director at John Truslove, said: “We were pleased to help Bradleys Surfacing Systems find the base it needed to accommodate its expanding business.

“The Heming Road premises are smart buildings that are well-constructed, an important aspect for the company as it wants to pitch itself right to existing and new customers.”

Tom Bradley launched Bradleys Surfacing Systems with his father, Ray Bradley, six years ago, and is now managing director.

He said: “We’re really pleased with the building that John Truslove has found for us as it provides us with a more professional setting for our fast-growing business.”

John Truslove arranged the rental for Bradleys Surfacing Systems with a private landlord, quoting rental of £10,500 per year.
