A NEW firm has launched which is being promoted as Worcestershire's first ever free estate agents.
FreeAgent247.com has been inspired by two of the Midlands’ most experienced estate Agents, Gerard Smith and Daniel Lewis.
Mr Smith and Mr Lewis had the vision to create an innovative alternative to fee-based traditional high street agents and budget-service online companies, and to deliver a greater supply of property into the market available to purchase, attracting clients whom otherwise wouldn’t be moving owing to the fees payable.
FreeAgent247.com is being promoted as a genuinely expert, seven-day-a-week, full-personal service, utilising free professional photography, videography, floorplans, accompanied viewings along with free home-staging for every single property and with far-reaching internet and social media marketing to deliver sales of their clients’ homes at the very best possible price.
The pair have 45 years in the Worcestershire market, selling thousands of homes and every type of residential property, across the county including Worcester, Malvern, Droitwich, Evesham and Pershore. The firm launched in July, and the owners say it is already the fastest growing estate agency in the region.
