AS we enter June, we are seeing many businesses restarting and people are coming back to the workplace, but it is important that organisations follow the latest Government guidelines on how to operate with customer and staff safety at the forefront.

All this information is available on the Worcestershire Business Central website here – business-central.co.uk/novel-coronavirus-pneumonia-outbreak-information/

This week has also been a busy one for the Worcestershire LEP team with two live Making Connections episodes being shared with the local community. First on Wednesday we premiered a special episode featuring Worcester's MP, Robin Walker.

It was great to be able to speak with Robin during these times and he answered questions around Worcestershire’s Covid-19 situation, how businesses can adapt to these new conditions and what future support is needed.

This was premiered to members of the Worcestershire community and has since been made available on demand. If you weren’t able to join the team on the day, this provides the opportunity for you to not miss out on this interesting episode.

Off the back of this engaging episode, we hosted a live question panel with members of the local business community joining the LEP to discuss what was said and what this means for Worcestershire. The panel answered questions from the previous episode and also engaged with the live audience watching as they interacted with specific questions that they had about what was being discussed.

Again this episode has been made available on demand and I would encourage readers to visit the Worcestershire LEP website where you can find both of these episodes and the rest of the Making Connections series – wlep.co.uk

We are always keen to explore relevant business topics and concerns within this series and if you have a topic or subject you’d like to see covered, please contact the team by emailing enquiries@wlep.co.uk
