THE Worcester office of countywide estate agents Allan Morris is flying high. It's celebrating a move at the top by making a £1,000 donation to the County Air Ambulance.

Chris Oliver, who has lived in and around Worcestershire all this life and has been manager of the Worcester office for three-and-a-half years, has joined the partnership.

Announcing the partnership and the donation, Allan Morris said: "Chris has done an outstanding job at Worcester. He well deserves his partnership and will take the office from strength to strength.

"Rather than having a big party or go out for an expensive meal, we have decided to celebrate this move by making a donation to the County Air Ambulance.

"Chris has good reason to be a great supporter of the Air Ambulance. It was only two years ago that a close family member was rushed to hospital in the air ambulance following a car accident."

Chris added: "The accident may well have been fatal had it not been for the air ambulance. It is a wonderful service that gets no Government or Lottery funding.

"As our roads get busier, the Air Ambulance is in ever greater demand, ensuring that casualties and patients get quickly and safely to the appropriate hospitals."

Allan Morris Estate Agents, which opened for business in 1997, now has nine offices in Worcestershire, as well as lettings, commercial and surveying departments.
