WORCESTERSHIRE law firm Harrison Clark is celebrating after gaining both Investors in People and Lexcel accreditation for outstanding client and staff management.

Awarded only to solicitors who meet the highest management and client care standards, Lexcel is the Law Society’s practice management standard, which certifies that certain standards have been met following rigorous, independent assessments on a yearly basis to ensure the required standards are kept.

IIP (Investors in People) is a business improvement method, designed to help a company develop performance through their people. Evidence is gathered and assessed via staff interviews, carried out by an IIP assessor. Caroline Irvine, partner at Harrison Clark, whose head office is in Deansway, Worcester, said: “Lexcel and IIP accreditations set a standard which the entire firm adheres to. It means that our staff are always clear on the correct procedures and their opportunity to excel in the business, and offers our clients the highest quality level of service – that we’ve always known we had, but is now confirmed by the accreditations.”

Trevor Hunt, IIP and Lexcel assessor, said: “For Harrison Clark to be accredited with both of these quality standards is a tremendous achievement.

“It sends out a strong message to the competition that the partners are totally committed to adopting a quality approach to all aspects of the business and that everyone in the practice is aware of how they can contribute to its continuing successes.”
