A FAMILY-RUN Worcestershire haulage firm has won a second design award for the totally transformation of its branding.

Pershore-based White Logistics received the gold award in the ‘best corporate rebrand’ category at the Transform Awards.

There are Europe’s only awards dedicated to celebrating best practice in rebranding, repositioning and brand transformation.

White Logistic’s managing director, Judith Stracey, said: “Our new brand has not re-invented White’s.

“It has just told our story in a clearer and more compelling way.

“We launched the new brand in March 2011 and have had nothing but positive comments from our existing customers.

“It has helped us strengthen customer and contact relationships.

“We have already seen an impact on sales. We are confident of an increase in growth as a result of our brand development and we are proud to link our brand with the strong Palletforce brand.”

Last year White Logistics, which is a member of Palletforce – the UK’s leading palletised distribution network – also won the re-brand category at the Marketing Design Awards and was shortlisted for the livery of the year at the Motor Transport Awards.

The company underwent a radical rebranding exercise in early 2011.

Its trucks now feature an eye-catching monochrome design with brain teaser puzzles on the back.

This is to build on the firm’s new tagline ‘problem solved’.
