POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a crash, between a car and an articulated lorry, which left a young man with life changing injuries.
The crash happened on the A4103 at Bransford at around 6.30am on Saturday June 12.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "We are appealing for witnesses following a collision.
"A Nissan Micra had been travelling towards Worcester from Leigh Sinton when it has crossed the central white line and collided with an artic lorry travelling in the opposite direction.
"The 38 year old driver of the car received several serious injuries that are thought to be life changing and he was taken to the Royal Worcestershire Royal Hospital for initial treatment before having surgery at Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
"The driver of the lorry attended Worcestershire Royal Hospital for treatment to minor injuries.
