A BODY has been found in a car in Worcester.
Police have described the death of the male as "unexplained" but are not treating the circumstances as suspicious.
The man was discovered at Old Elizabethans Cricket Club in Droitwich Road, near to Perdiswell Young People's Leisure Club and Bowl Xtreme, at about 6am this morning (Monday, June 29).
West Mercia Police's investigations are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
Tanya Beckett, duty inspector, said: "The body of a male was found in a car.
"It is an unexplained death but the circumstances do not appear to be suspicious.
"Our investigations are ongoing."
An ambulance was first called to the incident at about 6am before West Mercia Police were informed at about 6.40am.
Police were unable to release further details of the male such as his age.
