SIR – Letter writer Douglas J Wathen (Worcester News, June 20) wishes the royals would use the NHS, but as far as I am concerned (apart from longer waiting lists) we get a service as good as in any country in the world.
What I find disturbing, though, is talks of cuts.
Having said that, at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital I have found that the staff, without exception, are efficient, kind, considerate and very experienced. With all the modern technology one gets a first class service.
