SIR - We are being told that the Government is going to allow the Child Support Agency to name and shame the absent dads who don't pay towards their children's upbringing.
Why stop there? Why don't they also name and shame the many thousands of resident mums who ignore court orders allowing the father access to the children?
Denying them access to their dads can cause emotional and psychological harm to a child and indeed it does.
