SIR – Pauline Burgess’ suggestions about the city farm (Worcester News, December 13) sounds great.
I would have the same concerns about the safety of the farm animals at night, as this has proved to be a problem in other areas of the country. Also scientific evidence is now showing that animal farming is a big contributor to global warming.
So a non-animal farm would be showing young people the benefits for the planet.
The growing of fruit and vegetables and making a wildlife area makes a lovely, relaxing place for people to visit.
