Sir - One has to give credit to GB Dipper (Letters, 7.4.'14) for his sheer dogged consistency. He's now sending them in fast and furious: there must be elections in the offing!
His previous period of equivalent intensity was last autumn, during the run-up to New Year's Day, when he warned us, ad inf. et naus., that we were about to be overwhelmed by a massive influx of Romanians and Bulgarians. I cannot be the only one of his regular readers who would love to hear how many actually arrived. This might help us to determine how much trust we should place in his present (politically-motivated?) scare-mongering.
