Sir - So Gordon Brown, appears to want an in/out referendum on Europe?
Amazing, why, when he was PM, or part of Tony Blair's Labour Government, didn't he stand up and speak then ?
This was a man-when PM , who only cared about bouncing us at lighten speed into the Eu and sneering and ignoring the electorate.
