“Parking charges slashed for city” ???????
This is appalling – it obviously will not reduce congestion in the City but increase it – any idiot can see that.
CUTTING THE BUSES will not help either, but this is what the Council is determined to do.
When is the Council going to consider Worcester people and their needs before tourists? Who pays the Council Tax?
