Sir - David Cameron is a weak, limp man. He has caved in to puppet Nick Clegg to sign us up for life in handing over £12 billion a year in foreign aid.
When a vast majority of voters are having to cut back on budgets at home, and family life, many are sure to think that charity begins at home and will ask why some countries, with their own space programmes, continue to get millions of pounds in aid, as do corrupt countries.
