SIR - Having been born and bred in Worcester, I am very disappointed at the flowers in the city.
Having just spent the afternoon at Upton where the flowers are all beautiful, hanging baskets outside everywhere, it really is a picture.
Upton is only half the size of Worcester so how can they do it and we can't.
Puts Worcester to shame.
Well done Upton.
