SIR - I live in a first floor community housing flat, in a block. From October 1, I shall share two large bins, green and grey, with my young female friend in the flat below.
These bins will presumably have to stand by her front door. Local teenage lads will, I'm certain, put all sorts of wrong rubbish in these two bins, probably move them around, possibly set fire to them. It will be a nightmare. I am 70 and have a dodgy heart. I cannot keep wobbling down the communal stairs to check these bins. Please think again city councillors - back to the drawing board.
GEORGE COWLEY, Worcester.
