SIR - I wish to express my sincere gratitude for treatment and care I received when I was admitted as an emergency patient to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital. All members of staff were very caring and cheerful and this made my stay extremely comfortable. The wards were kept spotlessly clean and I found the food most palatable.
