SIR - Everywhere I go in Worcester, there are gormless rat-faced little runts sitting in cars producing really loud bass noises that are clearly intended to draw attention to them but are also quite intimidating.
I suppose our invisible police force wouldn't dream of tackling this sort of anti-social behaviour now that it's clear my human rights are of no consequence at all?
