SIR – The toilets in Quay Street should never have been sold.
Surely there’s enough office space in town.
The toilets were in an ideal place for people walking along the river.
If the council had spent a little money re-furbishing and charged the same as the toilets in Angel Place I feel sure they would become self-financing.
