OUR report on Monday concerning comments made by Worcestershire County Council’s chief executive Trish Haines at a scrutiny meeting placed a certain interpretation on her words in the headline and introduction.
It is clear Ms Haines believes this to be a misinterpretation.
If some councillors believe they have been represented unfairly as a result of that interpretation then we are happy to apologise to them.
We are pleased to note that Ms Haines confirms that the text of our article was accurate, a point that appears to be disputed by some of the other letter writers on this page.
