SIR – I find myself in total agreement with Henry Sandon for blaming the decision to move manufacturing of Worcester china abroad.

After all, Worcester Royal Porcelain had been going for more than 250 years. To have the products made abroad and try to call it Royal Worcester is dishonest.

People want genuine Worcester so if the administrators manage to find a buyer they should bring production back to its original home because I’m sure there are many craftsmen and women still in Worcester.

Let’s hope they can bring it home.

JOHN SHEARON,

Worcester.
